HTML to WebM — Record Creatives to 4K

Paste or upload your animated creative — it renders itself to VP9 WebM up to 4K. No screen recording, nothing uploaded.

CSS animations are captured live. External images/fonts must be reachable (CORS-friendly) — inline them with data: URIs to be safe. Scripts are not executed during capture.

Output

Runs fully in your browser: the page is rasterised frame by frame and encoded to VP9 WebM. 1080p and up take a few seconds per captured second on slower machines.

Transparency, honestly

Do I have to record my screen?

No — that flow is gone. Your HTML is staged offscreen at the output resolution, rasterised frame by frame and encoded to VP9 WebM in the tab. No screen-share prompt, no tab picker.

Can I get true alpha transparency?

Tick Transparent background: the canvas keeps its alpha channel and Chrome/Edge carry it into the WebM. Editors that flatten alpha on import are the limitation — render on green and chroma key instead.

How do I prep my file for transparency?

Set every background to transparent (html, body and all containers), avoid gradients and half-opacity, and prefer PNG/WebP over JPG for embedded images.

Is my file uploaded?

No — the HTML, the rendering and the encoder all run in your browser. Nothing leaves the tab.
